Strategic Plan-ting Workshop helps nonprofits
Jett Excellence, a consulting group based in Telford, is offering a workshop based on “what your garden can teach you about your business” for nonprofits and entrepreneurs.
The workshop is an interactive six-hour session that offers a step by step process that helps organizations define a clear cut goal for the organization, a precise picture of where the organization is today, success strategies that are comfortable to the organization, and ways to monitor progress.
