In this interactive workshop, participants will explore trends that require innovative professional development strategies to retain high quality, engaged school personnel, particularly, leaders and novice teachers, and the educational management strategies we must unlearn to meet the demands of our human resources in 2025 and beyond. This session will introduce an evidence-based professional development tool underutilized in schools and include a brief demonstration of how it works with a challenge presented by the audience.
