This session will unpack the latest developments shaping college access in Pennsylvania, including key highlights from the newly adopted PA State Board of Higher Education Strategic Plan, focused on statewide coordination to advance postsecondary attainment, affordability, and workforce alignment.
Participants will also receive updates on Universal FAFSA implementation, Affordability and Transparency PA Act 69 of 2024 cost, aid, and exit counseling provisions, Workforce Pell, state grant changes, new borrower requirements, and emerging tools designed to support students and families.
