YouthSpark Live: Focus on Technology
Posted by We Connect The Dots on June 9, 2014
I am excited to share with you an exciting program called YouthSpark Live that we are hosting in partnership with Microsoft at the ExCITe Center on Drexel’s campus Saturday June 21. We have a full day planned that will expose young people to the possibilities of Changing the World through technology. Please extend this invite. Our day long agenda includes a morning session where we will discuss the achievements of young Philadelphians (under 30 y.o.) who will share their stories as entrepreneurs, tech enthusiasts, and technology interns; they will also lead roundtable discussions with the attendees to help them develop their own tech ideas and build tech community connections. In the afternoon, We Connect the Dots will lead the students in hands-on workshops targeted to young people (13 – 18 y.o.) to pique the interests of those who want to explore technology and answer the question, “How do I get started?”.
Know a young person between the ages of 13 – 24 years old in the Philadelphia, PA region?
Invite them to JOIN US for YouthSpark Live, a day-long event taking place at the ExCITe Center at Drexel University on Saturday, June 21, 2014 from 8:30am – 5:00pm. Hosted in partnership with Microsoft and “We Connect the Dots”, YouthSpark Live creates a global community enabling youth to collaborate, inspire and support each other while using technology to spark change.
