YouthBuild USA Transformation Institute – POSTPONED

JUST ANNOUNCED ~ CONFERENCE HAS BEEN POSTPONED UNTIL 2012!

It is with sadness that we are announcing today that the Transformation Institute has been POSTPONED.  Unfortunately we were not able to achieve the registration numbers necessary to hold this amazing event.  Given the current funding challenges programs are experiencing we want to ensure to offer this robust list of topics and courses at a later date when more program staff are able to attend.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and your program.  We hope you will be able to join us when we offer this conference in 2012.

The Transformation Institute is YouthBuild USA’s annual event open to YouthBuild program staff as well as other youth serving nonprofit organizations across the U.S. Each Institute offers multi-day training courses drawn from the Academy for Transformation’s quality, field-tested menu.  Join us for this exciting networking opportunity and build support for the YouthBuild movement!  This is not a DOL sponsored event; it is supported by a grant from the Open Society Foundation.

New Orleans Service Learning Opportunity

We are collaborating with Beacon of Hope Resource Center & Home Depot Framing Hope so that 50 participants can aid the residents that have returned and rebuilt new homes in the Lower Ninth Ward by helping to clear and beautify different community areas as well as restore a city park.  Be sure to bring work clothes and sunscreen.
