Job Description
CEO is seeking a Youth Strategies Operations Manager to lead and oversee the day to day administrative and organizational duties for the unit. This person will have an understanding of the big picture operations of the unit and ensure the details of compliance, data collection and reporting and all processes and protocols are followed in a timely way. To do this work, the Manager will oversee contracting, data management, communications, budgeting, requisitions, reporting and other identified processes for the unit. The Manager is a cross functional role collaborating daily with the Youth Strategies team and the agencies contracts, data, and fiscal teams. This person will be responsible for important processes for operating programming, hiring, and training staff and AmeriCorps members and budgetary operations.

Essential Functions

· Responsible for annual and day-to-day operational components of YS programs in collaboration with YS team, contracts, and finance team at CEO (budget requests, ordering, payment to vendors, contracting process, RFP management, etc.)

· Responsible for reporting progress towards outcomes and overall YS provided services internally to CEO contracts and data team and additional funders and partners as requested

· Collaborates with cross agency and city-wide departments for best possible implementation and collaboration of programming and administrative operations

· Supervises YS Student & Family Coordinator and supports/oversees and regularly audits data collection methods and progress towards outcomes

· Responsible for the on and off boarding process and time keeping of Promise Corps AmeriCorps members

· Supports YS College and Career Manager in execution of AmeriCorps member recruitment cycle through processes and communications

· Responsible for collaborating with CEO Communications Manager on all YS Communication efforts for marketing, outreach, promotions, and branding

· Other priority projects or initiatives as identified within the agency
