SUMMARY:
The Youth Programs Manager is responsible for administering youth programs including working directly with students, handling administrative tasks, reporting program metrics and serving as a liaison between school staff and company.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:
TriZen, LLC is seeking a qualified individual to implement educational and career readiness programs for elementary through high school students. Select duties include, but are not limited to:
- Design educational, engaging and innovative youth programs specifically related to career exploration and college preparedness
- Facilitate and lead in-school and virtual youth program activities
- Develop tools to capture program metrics and impact
- Maintain case management systems with program data and information
- Serve as liaison between program partners and TriZen, LLC
- Assist with administrative duties, as assigned
SKILLS and ABILITIES:
- Must exhibit effective interpersonal and communication skills and have the ability to maintain positive client relationships on behalf of TriZen, LLC and its partners
- Must have the ability to work with diverse and multi-ethnic populations
- Must possess the ability to work directly with elementary, middle and high school students, parents, school staff and other partners
- Ability to maintain student engagement and classroom control
- Must exhibit time and project management skills
- Must be very detailed oriented with the ability to multi-task
- Microsoft Office, virtual meeting and social media platform experience
