Youth Program Manager, TriZen

The Youth Program Manager is a full-time position responsible for successfully managing youth programs and corresponding staff at various locations.
TriZen, LLC is partnering with the Urban League of Philadelphia and Philadelphia Housing Authority (PHA) to implement youth development programs for students and families within targeted PHA Locations to:
- Manage Youth Programs and a team of Youth Program Coordinators at Philadelphia Housing Authority Locations
- Execute and facilitate youth programs in a diverse, inner-city environment
- Serve as liaison between TriZen, LLC, Urban League of Philadelphia and select partners for the implementation of the PHA Youth Program
- Develop and administer tools to capture metrics and gauge impact of programs
- Facilitate other youth projects as identified by TriZen, LLC
