Friends Neighborhood Guild: Youth Program Coordinator
The Youth Program Coordinator will manage the growth of youth programs and Saturday community programs; develop and implement frameworks for curriculum and youth initiatives; monitor the attendance of youth leadership program participants daily; track and analyze academic standing for all youth assigned to program; coordinate tutoring/academic achievement sessions with scholars & tutors; compose goal plans for all participating students; arrange and follow up on support services for youth within programs; recruit youth 5-18 for youth leadership programs; coordinate logistics and scheduling for designated programs; support the development of Friends Neighborhood Guild Initiatives; write and develop proposals and grants in accordance with programs; participate in community development, education, and relationship building; complete Youth Development Training Program.
