Youth Leadership Institute Train-the-Trainer Seminar
The Points of Light Foundation is offering the Points of Light Youth Leadership Institute Train-the-Trainer Seminar from December 11?13, 2006, in Chicago, IL, hosted in partnership with the Volunteer Centers of Illinois and IBM.
This national training seminar is a state-of-the-art program designed to teach leadership and community service skills to high school students and certifies participants to implement this unique service and leadership curriculum.
Participants will learn how to provide youth with:
* A broad array of leadership skills
* The ability and desire to contribute to their communities through meaningful service
* An understanding of how to apply leadership skills to designing and implementing community service projects
