Youth Garden Grants. The National Gardening Association awards these grants to schools and community organizations with child-centered garden programs. or child-centered garden programs that emphasize education, nutrition, environmental awareness, entrepreneurship, leadership development, team building, community support and service learning. Deadline: November 1. Amount: 125 grants ranging from $250 to $1,000 will be awarded. Details: http://www.kidsgardening.com/YGG.asp.
