Youth Entrepreneurship Camp Open House
Posted by The Business Center on May 23, 2016
This free informational session is to introduce you to the summer camp program in entrepreneurship to prepare our youth for productive lives. A one week session will culminate in a presentation of your child’s business plan that is open for parents and friends to attend.
For children who attend additional weeks, the program is taylored for their progress level individually. This camp is “hands on” and creates leadership, while strengthening organizational skills and encouraging self reliance.
Since 1999, The Business Center for Entrepreneurship (TBC) focuses on assistance to women owned and minority owned adult startups and small businesses. In 2006 TBC started working with youth, ages 7 to 17, teaching entreprenurship to young people who have, since that beginning, started and maintained successful businesses that have carried them through middle school and high school.
For those with need, there is financial aid available on a first come – first serve. Please come to this free introductory session to learn more.
