The Bicycle Coalition Youth Cycling (BCYC) Program is looking for our next leader! BCYC is currently hiring a BCYC Director to lead the Youth Cycling Program to continue to grow and join the leadership team of the Bicycle Coalition of Greater Philadelphia.

Over the past year, BCYC has engaged nearly 100 youth in our school-based cycling program and leadership development program. Other recent successes include hosting programming at 11 School and neighborhood-based sites, training 20+ coaches to lead our youth cycling teams, hosting successful Criterium Race and Fun Day Scavenger Hunt, and most recently giving away post-secondary scholarships to 2 graduating seniors who have been leaders in BCYC.

BCYC is a multi-faceted program that centers youth development through the sport of cycling. Through our programs, youth build healthy habits, independence and leadership on and off the bike. The new BCYC Director will be joining a strong community of committed staff, youth, coaches and site liaisons and a program culture of connection, growth and joy.
