City Year Youth Corps Group Leader Opportunity:
The Youth Corps program is a Saturday leadership development and community service experience for middle and high school students. In order to make this experience as successful as possible, we recruit group leaders to work with groups of 10-15 students. Group Leaders serve by leading a team of students as they explore social issues through dialogue and workshops and engage in citizenship by serving in powerful community service projects all around Philadelphia. The students in our program spend most of their time on Saturdays with their Group Leaders, so it is important to us to recruit people who are motivated to make a difference.
