Youth Commission holds anti-smoking youth advisory meeting
The Philadelphia Youth Commission and Get Healthy Philly are supporting youth engagement around tobacco issues by creating an Anti-Tobacco Youth Advisory Board. The Board will meet to discuss strategies to raise awareness about tobacco issues in our communities. All middle and high-school aged youth are welcome to attend.
The first meeting will be held on Saturday, November 5th from 11am to 1pm in Room C on the 16th floor of the Municipal Services Building, 1401 JFK Boulevard in Philadelphia. Lunch will be provided, and community service hours or health credits can be earned for attending this meeting.
To RSVP, call Renata Peralta at 215-686-2159 or email her at renata.peralta@phila.gov.
