KIDS COUNT Report: 6.5 Million Youth and Young Adults Neither Working Nor in School
Youth have more difficulty gaining a foothold in the U.S. labor market than at any time since the 1950s, according to a new KIDS COUNT policy report published by the Annie E. Casey Foundation.

It also identifies six recommendations for creating multiple pathways to success for disconnected youth.
