Young, Smart and Local is a two-day conference designed to inform and engage leaders from higher education, business, government, economic development, and community organizations on best practices around talent growth and attraction.
Join your colleagues from cities across the country to learn and share how they are each approaching talent questions: What does it take to attract and retain talent to your city? What is the role of place-making, higher education, economic incentives in building talent in your region? How can cities drive talent growth and equity and inclusion all at once?
