Do you have a LIHTC project approaching or that has reached Year 15? Do you want specialized and individualized assistance working through your Year 15 projects? If so, please join Philadelphia LISC, National LISC Housing, and National Equity Fund for this FREE training to prepare you for the Year 15 transition of your LIHTC project. LISC will provide participants with one on one sessions, project specific technical advice on issues, concerns and recapitalization options.
