Writing Coaches needed for Elementary Students

The Philadelphia Writing Project at the Graduate School of Education, University of Pennsylvania is looking for dedicated volunteers and/or work study students to serve as writing coaches in a writing center located at the Bryant elementary School, 61st and Cedar Avenue. Persons who love writing and talking about writing and who are not afraid to work with inner-city children in grades 5-8 are asked to call Vanessa Brown at 215-898-1919 or vanessab@gse.upenn.edu to schedule an interview.
