Our labor market is increasingly reliant on technology, automation, innovation, and obtaining a postsecondary degree. So how should college and career advisors motivate and inspire their students? How can we prepare youth to be the next innovators? How can we work with low-income, first-generation youth – those who often encounter significant barriers to postsecondary access but have a deep desire to impact their world — and prepare them to be leaders in the labor market of tomorrow?
