World Affairs Council Liaison – Bodine High School for International Affairs
Organization: World Affairs Council of Philadelphia. Through a sustained partnership between the World Affairs Council of Philadelphia and the School District of Philadelphia, a full time World Affairs Council Liaison is staffed at William W. Bodine High School for International Affairs in order to direct and oversee the comprehensive international affairs program at the school. The World Affairs Council Liaison designs and implements a wide range of annual programs aimed at enhancing students’ global and cultural awareness such as multicultural assemblies with featured international guests, in-classroom speakers, field trips, an annual Honors Seminar, study abroad and student exchange/hosting opportunities, internships, community outreach and more.
