Workshop Submission Q&A: End AIDS: The HIV Prevention and Outreach Summit
Posted by Philadelphia FIGHT on January 5, 2018
We wanted to do something a little different and exciting this year. We are passing along the workshop submission guideline form a little early; a winter surprise of sorts!
In the past we have sent this form out at the end of January with a submission deadline of early March. This year, the deadline is still early march (March 2nd to be exact), but you will have from now until then to consider, conceptualize, and construct your workshop for End AIDS: The HIV Prevention and Outreach Summit. You can download the form here, and find more information about the summit. Please read through the workshop tracks as we have changed, and added some.
Please, take the next few months to think about, and start creating your workshop, and if you need any support Kyle Chvasta is available for immediate contact (215-985-4448, ext. 240 or [email protected]). We will also be hosting workshop submission Q&A’s on January 12th, and 19th from 4-5 at 1233 Locust Street. Please let Kyle know if you are interested in attending either of these sessions, and they will send out more information, including a call in option, closer to the date.
IMPORTANT: While we are sending out the workshop submission form early this year, the workshop submission portal for End AIDS: The HIV Prevention and Outreach Summit will official open January 25th.
