Set Your Sights on Organizational Leadership helps you shift into the higher-level executive thinking required in senior management positions. Our comprehensive program will give you a more expansive view of organizational development, strategic planning, and financial management. We will discuss promising practices in recruiting and retaining a diverse staff and find out what it takes to build an inclusive workplace where staff feel valued and want to stay. Learn how to raise your visibility in your organization and prepare for your next career step!

Orientation: To learn more about the program and partial scholarship opportunities, attend an information session
Deadline: Our application deadline is September 28th, 2023. Partial scholarships are available.
