Workshop: Power and Influence – Apr 22

Join PACDC, Philadelphia LISC, and Temple University’s Planning and Community Development Department for a training on Power and Influence to celebrate National Community Development Week! In this interactive discussion-based workshop, Tess Donie and Rodney Mobley of New Kensington CDC will introduce tools to identify where you have Influence in your community and understand how to best utilize your Power to be most effective in your work. This session will cover concepts of identity, power mapping, and collective action. Representatives from Temple’s Planning and Community Development Department will also give an overview of their program, admissions, and financial aid process.
Dinner and refreshments will be served! Registration is free, but you must RSVP in advance to attend.
