Workshop on Volunteer Management
Please join colleagues from LIFT-Philadelphia for a workshop on best practices and challenges of volunteer recruitment and management. LIFT-Philadelphia’s Executive Director and Volunteer Management Coordinator will present LIFT-Philadelphia’s successful volunteer model and will lead an engaging discussion, featuring case studies and activities to help define and refine ways to attract and retain quality volunteers.
