Workshop on greening schools planned
Parents, teachers, and designers across Philadelphia are actively working to turn school grounds into greener places that enhance the lives of students and the surrounding community.
On Tuesday October 21st, you can get a “grass roots” lesson from Greenfield Elementary School and others leading efforts to create sustainable landscapes for public schools.
The event takes place from 6-8pm at the Center for Architecture, 1218 Arch Street in Philadelphia. To register, email Linda@cdesignc.org.
