This summer, come take a workshop at the Just Act Institute for Theatre of the Oppressed. Expand and strengthen your personal and professional skills for change with a seasoned Theatre of the Oppressed trainer who brings 28 years experience doing TO, including 3 years with Boal in the early 1990s at the Center for the Theatre of the Oppressed in Paris.
With Just Act, you can learn– or deepen your practice and gain new unique techniques for facilitation, to improve your ability to effectively engage justice, equity, diversity & inclusion issues, and using interactive theatre as a tool for social change, interpersonal and community repair, from activist and organizers to educators, social workers and facilitators of all kinds.

- Advanced Joker Training 1: Sequencing & Facilitating Gamesercises within an anti-oppression framework, July 19-21, 2019
- Advanced Joker Training 2: In-depth Forum Theatre Joker Training, from guiding a devising process for participants’ personal growth & development of Forum Theatre pieces, to facilitation practice & coaching, August 2-4, 2019
