City library sets Workplace Wednesday series
Philadelphia’s Parkway Central Library is hosting a series of Workplace Wednesday events designed for adult job seekers. The workshops will address changing careers, conducting a job search, developing a resume, and much more.
The free workshops will be held from 6-8 p.m. in the Skyline Room on the fourth floor.
The following workshops are planned:
— November 4 – How to Write a Resume
— November 18 – Resume Critique (Bring a copy of your resume)
— December 2 – Job Hunting Tips and Techniques
— December 9 – Interviewing Skills
— December 16 – Computer and Internet Resources for Jobs and Careers
