Arbor – Workforce Development Youth Advocate and Retention Specialist
Arbor is seeking a Workforce Development Youth Advocate and Retention Specialist. The position will work with youth to create a realistic career plan that matches their interest; recruit and develop relationships with potential employers; and maintain contact with clients for at least six months to aid in successful job retention. S/he will also match youth with appropriate post-secondary institutions and assist with the financial aid application process as well as collect and manage data.
