Teshinsky Family Foundation invites applications for workforce development programs
Launched in 2006, the Teshinsky Family Foundation (TFF) is dedicated to promoting personal liberty, economic freedom, and career opportunities through support, training, and accountability.
The foundation invites applications for its workforce development grant program. Grants will be awarded to support workforce development in manufacturing, skilled trades, and related fields. Required program elements include:
Training: Including training to acquire skills needed for jobs in manufacturing, skilled trades, and related fields and a focus on skills needed to succeed in a professional work environment.
Employer Relations/Jobs Pipeline: Including relationships with area employers leading to successful career placements, relevant and responsive training connected to specific employers and hiring needs, and a record of career placement in sustainable careers with benefits.
Case Management Services: Including services system to provide support and resources to program participants and intensive career counseling and career retention support.
Program and equipment and capital grants will be awarded. First-time grantseekers may request between $10,000 and $50,000. Future funding may be available, but these funds should be considered one-time only.
To be eligible, applicants must be tax-exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, be operating in the continental United States, and serve participants ages 18 and over.
Inquiry forms are due June 15, 2023, and upon review, selected applicants will be invited to submit a full grant application, due August 11, 2023.
