We are seeking a Workforce Programs Manager on the East Coast who will play a key role in successfully delivering our technology-based training workforce development programs on the East Coast.
Tech Impact operates proven IT training programs to help young adults 18 to 26 years old launch their careers through ITWorks and CXWorks. We also provide workforce development intermediary services, including student recruitment, support, professional development, and internship/job/apprenticeship placement. With offices in Philadelphia PA, Wilmington DE, Washington DC, and Las Vegas NV, Tech Impact has been delivering services since 2003 to thousands of national and international nonprofit organizations and helped students be successful IT professionals.
This role reports to the IT Workforce Programs Regional Director – East Coast. Primary responsibilities are overseeing the regional workforce program “intermediary” team, which provides wraparound services to Tech Impact’s ITWorks and apprenticeship programs and other regional IT training provider programs. Duties include staff supervision, program development and expansion, and internal and external communication. This position is primarily located in Wilmington, Delaware, with travel to Philadelphia and other local or regional travel as needed to support our programs and initiatives.
