An Executive Director is being sought for a Philadelphia based non-profit organization whose mission is to promote interracial, interethnic, and intercultural harmony among youth. For over 30 years, Woodrock’s mission has been realized through its nationally recognized and award-winning program that is conducted at area schools, its accredited campsite and through a variety of unique relationships with organizations serving youth.
The successful candidate must be committed to the Woodrock mission, have 3 years of non-profit management experience, including staff oversight, budget development and management, fundraising, and program evaluation. Bachelor’s degree and minimum three years related experience are required. Experience working in organized camping or with a multicultural curriculum is preferred.
