Women’s Re-Entry Program Director
Description:
Director of new re-entry program for women in a county corrections facility administered through a local community center. Director will be responsible for defining a three part program starting in the prison and continuing when the women are released. The program includes one-on-one counseling, case management and group sessions for the women; recruiting and training a corp of volunteers; and assessment for United Way funding. Qualifications: Education – Sociology or criminal justice, MSW preferred.
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with women in criminal justice, experience working with community of volunteers and advisory board, bilingual a plus.
