Overview of the Development Process
Women’s Community Revitalization Project
WCRP Offices, 407-11 Fairmount Avenue, Philadelphia
This half-day FREE training will introduce you to the phases and steps involved in developing a facility. This training is intended to build the capacity of organizations to make sound development decisions and help staff and Board understand the specific tasks and skills required to develop a successful facility. Emphasis will be placed on:
* Assessing Organizational Readiness,
* Defining Your Project Concept
* Phases of the Development Process
* Next Steps for Your Organization.
Due to limited Space, only two representatives per organization may attend. Registration deadline is Friday August 8, 2003
