Women United of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey invites you to join us for a special virtual presentation of When Women Lost the Vote with Dr. Marcela Micucci, Curatorial Fellow, Museum of the American Revolution.
An inspiring story that explores how the American Revolution shaped women’s political opportunities and activism and encourages us to reconsider our understanding of the timeline of women’s history in America.
Date and Time: Wednesday, October 22, 5:30 – 6:30p.m.
Featuring original artifacts including poll lists and manuscripts, this presentation brings to life the forgotten stories of the women who first pioneered the vote.
