About 32% of women left the workforce by July 2020, exceeding projected job loss for women due to the pandemic.
McKinsey & Company’s annual Women in the Workplace report had shown women’s advancement in the workplace at a steady increase prior to the pandemic. To rebuild that progress, our business community must offer the opportunities and support women need to advance.
Join us to hear local experts shed new light on how employers small and large are supporting the advancement of women’s careers today and what more can, and should, be done in the year ahead.
