About 32% of women left the workforce by July 2020, exceeding projected job loss for women due to the pandemic.
McKinsey & Company’s annual Women in the Workplace report had shown women’s advancement in the workplace at a steady increase prior to the pandemic. To rebuild that progress, our business community must offer the opportunities and support women need to advance.
