Women Helping Others Foundation

Women Helping Others: Grassroots nonprofits in the U.S. and Puerto Rico can apply for a grant from the Women Helping Others Foundation, which supports health, education and social-services projects that address the needs of women and children. Funding for new and existing programs will be awarded. Priority will go to groups that have operating budgets of under $3 million, don’t rely on government support, and have program costs that exceed their personnel costs. Only groups in existence for three years or longer may apply. Application deadline is Sept. 11, 2007.
