Innovation Journal highlights creative local projects
The winter issue of the Philadelphia Social Innovations Journal includes reports on leaders who have created new models of behavioral health care that make mental health services accessible within primary care settings and in the community; how corporations are giving young people the skills to compete in a global economy; how improving young students’ literacy levels correlates with a lower rate of criminal activity by keeping kids in school and out of trouble; and how to help adults finish college, which translates into a better likelihood of success in our modern society.
The issue also explores new trends in nonprofit strategic partnerships, and reports on the perspectives of regional and national experts about what they are seeing on the cutting edge of leadership, performance-based and high-impact nonprofits, and philanthropic giving.
Journal articles are provocative by design to ensure all readers are challenged in their own thinking.
