William Penn Foundation: New Requests for Proposals Now Available – Apply by Oct 23
Posted by William Penn Foundation on September 16, 2025
We are pleased to share that nine Requests for Proposals (RFPs) are now available. If you have a project that addresses an RFP, we hope you will submit a proposal for funding. Our intent is for the RFPs to make the process for applying for a grant more open to all, and we hope to hear from a broad range of organizations, including those we’ve never worked with before.
Programs Include:
- Arts and Culture: Arts and Culture Capital Support, Arts and Culture Programming, Out-of-School Community-based Arts Education Programs
- Children and Families: Accessing Mental and Behavioral Health Services for Young Children and Caregivers, Increasing Access to Out-of-School Learning Opportunities
- Environment and Public Space: Climate Resilience Planning, Increasing Urban Trees in Philadelphia, Preserving Urban Gardens and Farms in Philadelphia, Reducing Illegal Dumping in Philadelphia
