William Penn Foundation: New Requests for Proposals and Informational Webinars
Posted by William Penn Foundation on March 24, 2026
We are pleased to share that five Requests for Proposals (RFPs) are now available. If you have a project that addresses an RFP, we hope you will submit a proposal for funding. Our intent is for the RFPs to make the process for applying for a grant more open to all, and we hope to hear from a broad range of organizations, including those we’ve never worked with before.
Open Requests for Proposals:
- Arts and Culture Programming
- Increasing Enrollment in High-Quality Early Childhood Education
- Increasing Census Participation
- Improvement of Public Spaces in Greater Philadelphia
- Reducing Sewage Overflows in Greater Philadelphia
For each of these RFPs we will host an optional informational webinar covering details including eligibility, process, and timeline, with time for grant seekers to ask questions of our team. Attendance at webinars has no impact on your ability to apply or be considered for funding, and all webinars will be recorded and posted to our website within two business days. We hope you will join us to learn more! Webinars are March 24, 25 and 26.
