The video was produced by Spotlight on Poverty and Opportunity, the non-partisan website for news and research about poverty and opportunity in America. In this Spotlight webcast, Jennings and Elmer talk about new CEP data showing that progress on state tests in grades 4 and 8 often fades by high school and share ideas for reversing this troubling pattern.
