Philadelphia LISC announces a Request for Applications (RFA) for the West Philadelphia Promise Zone Community Capacity Building Grants Program. These grants will assist volunteer-led, community-based civic organizations in the Promise Zone to build capacity, improve delivery of services, enhance community outreach efforts, and make neighborhood improvements.

Applications will be accepted and reviewed on a rolling basis throughout the year until all funds are committed.

This program is being administered in coordination with the Mayor’s Office of Community Empowerment and Opportunity (CEO). A total of $30,000 of grant funds are available. Each grant award will be no more than $3,000 per organization. For more information, download the Request for Applications.
