Weed and Seed Communities Competitive Program

The U.S. Department of Justice is seeking applications from interested communities to participate in the Weed and Seed Communities Competitive Program.
The program aims to prevent, control, and reduce violent crime, drug abuse, and gang activity. This community-based, comprehensive multi-agency approach to law enforcement, crime prevention, and neighborhood restoration is specifically designed for communities with persistent high levels of serious violent crime and corresponding social problems.
