Building the capacity of community organizations: possible outcomes (Project STAR)
Assisting underperforming students with after-school service-learning (Petaluma City Schools: California)
Adopting strategies for making national and community service programs disability friendly (National Service Inclusion Project)
Providing older volunteers with adaptive products to enable them to continue to serve (National Service Inclusion Project)
TRAINING AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE PROVIDERS
Training and Technical Assistance (T/TA) Providers are organizations selected by the Corporation for National and Community Service to support grantee programs with professional resources and training. This page highlights effective practices from T/TA providers, who have expertise in topics such as disability inclusion, recruitment and development, performance measurement, and engaging baby boomers.
EFFECTIVE PRACTICES COLLECTION 2.0: The Upgrade!
The Effective Practices Collection has undergone an extensive technology upgrade that will make searching, finding, and reading effective practices faster, easier, and quite simply — BETTER! We hope you enjoy the many new features we have implemented:
* faster and more relevant search results
* simplified display layout
* preview effective practice abstracts from the results page
* email effective practices to friends
* attach files to effective practice submissions
We look forward to bringing you further improvements in the near future.
