Webinar: Working Democracy: Poll Working and Student Engagement at the Polls – Sep 26
Posted by Voter Friendly Campus on September 17, 2024
According to the U.S. Election Assistance Commission, there were more than 132,000 polling places in 2020 across the country that were staffed by more than 775,000 poll workers.
Join Voter Friendly Campus for our monthly webinar to explore “Working Democracy”. We will highlight student poll working efforts, provide guidance on recruiting and supporting student poll workers, and define election protection with an emphasis on the non-partisan efforts happening across the country. It takes a lot of people to make democracy work, and we can do our part to ensure students are a part of the 2024 election workforce.
