Webinar: Vaccines & Variants – Jul 7
Posted by Washington Post Live on July 6, 2021
The number of coronavirus infections is rising again as the delta variant becomes more dominant in the United States. The World Health Organization is advising fully vaccinated people to wear masks indoors and socially distance from others, but the CDC is leaving it up to states to set the guidelines.
Ashish K. Jha, dean of the School of Public Health at Brown University, and Céline Gounder, clinical assistant professor of medicine and infectious diseases at New York University and CEO of Just Human Productions, join Washington Post Live to discuss the latest on the pandemic – from vaccines to variants – and assess the path forward amid stagnating national vaccines rates.
Join the conversation on Wednesday, July 7 at 2:00pm ET.
