Webinar Recording: What You Need to Know About Immigrant Access to Medicaid

HR1 will cause many immigrants to lose access to affordable health insurance. On July 8th, CLS attorneys Lauren Davis and Maripat Pileggi led a webinar explaining which immigrants might be at risk of losing medical assistance (MA) starting October 1, 2026. They also provided updates about the letters PA DHS started sending this month and shared tips for how to respond to those letters.
