Webinar: Re-engaging Adult Learners in Pennsylvania – Informational Webinar with Ithaka S+R – May 1
Posted by PA Department of Education on April 16, 2024
The Office of Postsecondary and Higher Education at the Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) is committed to helping institutions re-engage adult learners with some college, no degree throughout the state. As part of this effort, we have invited experts at Ithaka S+R to host a free webinar and provide practical information on how institutions can better support adult learners. By working with students to resolve past due balances and administrative holds, institutions are able to enroll students who were previously blocked from returning to college.
You are invited to join an informational webinar on Wednesday, May 1 at 11:00am-12:00pm to learn about strategies to engage, enroll, and support adult learners in Pennsylvania. During this 1-hour webinar, Ithaka S+R will discuss stranded credits, administrative holds on student accounts and students’ past due balances, interventions around the country focused on re-engaging adult learners and increasing enrollment, and opportunities to collaborate.
To participate, please register here by Friday, April 19. You are welcome to forward this invitation to colleagues at your institution as well.
