Webinar: Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program – Feb 10

Please join U.S. Senator Bob Casey’s office and The Institute of Student Loan Advisors (TISLA) for an informational webinar to help public servants in Pennsylvania learn the ins and outs of the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program.
The Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program provides student loan forgiveness to borrowers who pay on their federal student loans for 10 years while in qualifying public service employment. To help borrowers receive forgiveness, the Biden Administration announced a temporary waiver in October 2021 to address some of the issues borrowers faced with navigating the program.
This webinar will provide Pennsylvania student loan borrowers with information on the PSLF program, as well as information on how they can benefit from the Biden Administration’s temporary waiver. Some borrowers need to act by October 31, 2022, and this webinar will help borrowers understand what actions they might need to take.
